On-site support services

To complement the Help Desk services, One Solution IT provides on-site user support for IT hardware and software applications during local office business hours. Services include:

  • Onsite Break fix service (8 Hours from time of escalation)
  • Cleaning and Proactive maintenance  (vacuuming / blowing out fur and debris, cleaning keyboard and screen, updates)
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • User induction training in relation to new hardware and software

On-site support provides a one-on-one support service for members. A face-to-face discussion and understanding of the issue is often the best way to alleviate small IT issues becoming large ones. Our on-site maintenance and proactive management is the best way to engage staff members and ensure a successful relationship.


Break-fix services for both warranty and non-warranty hardware components.  Warranty hardware can be repaired and parts sourced under existing warranty replacement agreements. For non-warranty hardware, we provide the service with part costs paid by the customer.


Hardware including network devices, servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers and associated peripherals.


One Solution IT can also support desktop hardware during business transitioning, and perform any requested on-site assistance through our help dek system.
