Additionally, GPA Engineering’s PABX hardware was becoming End Of Life and in need of a complete upgrade. 1Solution began with migrating all services to Telstra and moving from calling systems in place to Microsoft Teams.1Solution also project managed the migration of fixed services from one carrier to another while providing direct support throughout the process. Improvements such as streamlining call queues and enabling one integrated portal for management and communication.
