Help desk support

To complement the Help Desk services, One Solution IT provides on-site user support for IT hardware and software applications during local office business hours.


Services for both warranty and non-warranty hardware components. Warranty hardware can be repaired and parts sourced under existing warranty replacement agreements. For non-warranty hardware, we provide the service with part costs paid by the customer.


Including network devices, servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers and associated peripherals.
